• Kindly ensure that your provided mobile number is correct to avoid any delays.
• A nominal fee of AED10 is applied to Cash On Delivery orders.
• International deliveries typically take 2-3 days. However, customs clearance may extend this timeframe, varying by destination.
• Multiple transactions may result in separate charges on your monthly statement.
• Nighty-Night Beauty does not conduct business with any countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, as per UAE regulations.

Preorder Items: Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items prioritize shipping of the available items. Pre-order items ship upon restocking and may incur additional customs fees for international orders.

Please note, preorders cannot be canceled once placed but are eligible for refunds or exchanges upon item receipt.

Delivery times may vary based on factors like holidays, weekends, and Ramadan.

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. In the event of an incorrect delivery address provided, Nighty-Night Beauty regrets to inform you that we are unable to provide reimbursement for the package.

Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient, as policies vary by country.

We reserve the right to assess different shipping charges for high-value orders, which will be communicated prior to invoicing.

The products from Nighty-night beauty are crafted using top-notch materials and held to rigorous standards, ensuring you receive resilient and enduring items. Nevertheless, occasional mishaps can occur. In order to safeguard you against any flaws in the products, we offer:

30-Day Policy Return:
You may return the Nighty-night Beauty Gua Sha & Roller Set within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains unpacked and in its original condition. Additionally, the box must be in perfect condition. If the box suffered any damage during delivery, it must be reported on the day of arrival. To receive a refund, please ensure that both the item and its box are in perfect condition.

Defective Item Replacement:
Once the Gua Sha & Roller Set is used, it can only be returned if it is found to be defective or not working properly. In such cases, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.

Return Process:

• Initiate Return: Contact us at info@nightynightbeauty.com within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate a return. Please provide feedback regarding the reasons for the return.
• Return Authorization: Within 48 hours of your inquiry, you will receive an email containing the return shipping address and further instructions.
• Shipping: Return the product to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for Dubai residents, for whom pick-up of the product will be free of charge.
• Quality Assessment: The returned product will be inspected at our manufacturing facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for quality assessment and enhancement purposes.
• Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We do not offer refunds for Cash On Delivery Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.

NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Terms & Conditions:

• The return window for unpacked items is 30 days from the receipt date.
• Returns are only accepted for unpacked items that are in their original condition.
• Defective items can be returned for replacement only if they are not working properly.
• The reimbursement extends only to the Gua Sha & Roller Set.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for Dubai residents, for whom pick-up of the product will be free of charge.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with manufacturer labels, usage guidelines, and the initial packing slip.
