- A nominal fee of AED10 is applied to Cash On Delivery orders.
- International deliveries typically take 2-3 days. However, customs clearance may extend this timeframe, varying by destination.
- Multiple transactions may result in separate charges on your monthly statement.
- Nighty-Night Beauty does not conduct business with any countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, as per UAE regulations.

Preorder Items: Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items prioritize shipping of the available items. Pre-order items ship upon restocking and may incur additional customs fees for international orders.
Please note, preorders cannot be canceled once placed but are eligible for refunds or exchanges upon item receipt.
Delivery times may vary based on factors like holidays, weekends, and Ramadan.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. In the event of an incorrect delivery address provided, Nighty-Night Beauty regrets to inform you that we are unable to provide reimbursement for the package.
Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient, as policies vary by country.
We reserve the right to assess different shipping charges for high-value orders, which will be communicated prior to invoicing.
